Hell's Guard

This piece is a continuation of exploring the creatures of Greek Mythology. For this piece I wanted to experiment with Gouache and ink and how they would work together. For this piece, I have depicted the vicious guard hound of hell, Cerberus. I wanted to paint him, so he looked like he was ripping and tearing through the border between his world and ours, while flames of hell burn behind him.
