Burning Up

For this piece, I wanted to depict a different side of a creature a lot of people know, which is the phoenix. The phoenix in many mythologies is depicted as a brilliant, powerful, and majestic creature that dominates the sky with its flames. However, for this piece I want to depict the powerful side so the piece features the phoenix claws tearing through the page, tearing its way through into our dimension.
